Sports Clarkson is well equipped when it comes to sporting facilities - our school boasts a football oval/athletics track, a soccer pitch, two cricket nets, 8 tennis courts, 6 basketball/netball courts plus a fully equipped gymnasium. We also make use of many out-of-school sporting facilities in and around the local area. Library The Role of the Library Resource Centre 
The Library functions within the school to support and enhance the educational programs of the school as reflected in the School Development Plan and related school planning documents. We operate the Alice Library System and the catalogue is networked throughout the school. Catalogued and reviewed WWW sites are uploaded to the system. This reduces cold searching and netsurfing. Opening Hours - 8.10 – 3.30

Services Available - Teacher Librarians work with teachers to design assignments and ensure that resources are available to support student research.

- Bulk Loans for classroom use can be organised for classes which cannot be accommodated in the library.
- Forty five computers with internet access, two printers and one photocopier and one scanner are available for student use.
- A wide range of digital media equipment is available on loan to staff for us in the classroom.
- Laminating – up to A3 size. Payment required.
- Recording off Air. The Library Officer will record Free to Air programs as requested. All our recordings are now done to DVD.
Music & Performing Arts Clarkson is blessed with a state-of-the-art performing arts theatre complete with control room, audio/visual facilities and a professional lighting rig. Technology | Computer Facilities: The School has recently installed over 350 brand new computers across all learning areas to the extent that the oldest machines in the school are only 2 years old! As a technology focused school we will continue to keep our machines up to date with the latest software and hardware Web Access: Students also have access to high speed broadband Internet provided they accept and abide by the strict user policy. In addition, we have a local Intranet service on which assessments, useful resources and email accounts are stored. |  |
